Services

Held, not merely booked.

Two halves of one practice. Design decides what the journey should be; concierge makes certain it happens that way, hour by hour, whoever is on the other end of the line.

01 — Journey design

Journey Design

The thinking that happens before a single property is contacted.

1.1

Itinerary design

Route, pace, and rhythm built around how you travel, with days that leave room in them.

1.2

Placement strategy

The right house, suite, or villa — and the rooms within it that are worth having.

1.3

Feasibility & season

An honest read on what the week can hold, and what it cannot, before anything is contacted.

1.4

Written proposals

One considered direction with real trade-offs, rather than six interchangeable versions.

1.5

Party & manifest

Traveller manifests, rooming, arrival grids, and changes that reach only the people affected.

1.6

Signature details

The flowers, the drink, the music, the quiet celebration — logged, and never repeated by accident.

02 — Private concierge

Private Concierge

Access and logistics, on call before, during, and after the journey.

2.1

Private aviation

Charter sourcing across operators, aircraft comparison, catering, and ground handling both ends.

2.2

Yachts & charter

Vessel selection, crew fit, itinerary design at sea, and provisioning to your preferences.

2.3

Reservations & tables

Restaurants, clubs, and openings held on your terms — including the ones that don't publish availability.

2.4

Tickets & boxes

Sport, opera, fashion, and festival access with seating chosen, not accepted.

2.5

Ground & security

Vetted drivers, greeters, luggage handling, and discreet protection where circumstance calls for it.

2.6

Residence & lifestyle

Household requests between trips: gifting, sourcing, wellness, and appointments held to the same standard.

The Register

A private directory, not a booking screen.

The question we answer is which properties are genuinely right for you — not which are available. Each entry records design, service, dining, privacy, escalation contacts, last inspection date, known issues, and who it is not for.

Inspected

Visited and recorded — best and worst rooms, privacy, dining, service, and who it is genuinely not right for.

Trusted

A signed agreement and current insurance on file, re-vetted annually. A lapsed entry drops tier automatically.

Signature

Carries a personal guarantee from the studio. The shortest list, and the only one that does.
