Travel Planning Terms

Kyla By Luxury LLC provides travel planning, advisory, and booking-coordination services. We do not own, operate, control, or provide the travel services offered by airlines, hotels, resorts, villas, cruise lines, transportation providers, tour operators, activity providers, or other third-party suppliers. Those services are subject to the applicable supplier's terms, conditions, availability, and cancellation policies.

Proposals are estimates only and do not constitute reservations or guarantees of availability or price. A reservation is confirmed only after the applicable supplier accepts the booking and required payment has been processed.

Before we begin paid planning services or process any booking, clients will receive and be required to accept our written Travel Planning Agreement and applicable supplier terms. Those documents will state planning fees, payment authorizations, cancellations, changes, refund policies, traveler responsibilities, and other conditions.

Kyla By Luxury LLC may receive commissions or other compensation from certain travel suppliers in addition to client-paid planning fees. Clients may ask how a specific recommendation is compensated.

Passports, visas, health-entry and vaccination requirements, and reviewing every travel document remain the traveler's responsibility. We send reminders, but cannot guarantee entry or eligibility.
