Membership

Choose how the studio holds your year.

The standard of care is identical across all three. Membership decides only how much of the year the studio holds for you.

Most Annual members travel two to four times a year. The Household is built for households that move monthly, or several travellers at once.

  • Unlimited journeys within the year
  • Priority placement windows and early holds
  • Named designer with direct line and 15-minute in-trip response
  • Reservations, tickets, and ground handled year-round

For families, offices, and principals with several travellers moving at once. Designed around a household calendar rather than a single trip.

  • Everything in The Annual, extended to the household
  • Multiple traveller profiles and parallel itineraries
  • Coordination with family office, EA, or chief of staff
  • Residence and lifestyle requests between journeys
  • Discreet security and medical liaison on request

The Client Experience Blueprint

Sixteen stages, so nothing rests on memory.

Every engagement moves through the same defined sequence — from first conversation to the note that follows you home. Four of them, briefly.

01

An unhurried call about how you travel, who is with you, and what has disappointed you before.

“The first year we tested her. Every year since, we have simply sent the dates.”

The standard behind every tier

What membership is measured against.

Whichever tier you hold, the same published standard applies. These three pages set it out in full.

Questions we are asked first

Before you enquire.

How are fees set?
Individually, after the consultation. Nothing is charged before scope is agreed in writing, and our professional fee is always separate from travel and supplier funds.
How far ahead should we plan?
Six to nine months for peak weeks and signature houses. Shorter notice is often possible — say so in the first conversation and we will tell you honestly what is still open.
Why is the roster capped?
Twenty-four clients a year is what one designer can hold at this standard. Growth that would dilute the response time is declined rather than absorbed.
Do you work with our assistant or family office?
Yes. Delegated access is scoped, logged, and time-boxed to the journey window, and no supplier sees a document their booking does not require.
What happens to our information?
It stays in the studio. Documents, medical, and payment details are encrypted, access-logged, and retention-capped, and your record is yours to view and correct.
