We put you on the other side of the ridge, in a house with the same light and none of the queue, and time your movements to the hours when the town belongs to the people who live in it.
Mornings are unscheduled by design. A boat waits below the house and leaves when you decide to go, not at ten because a manifest says ten. Lunch happens on the water or on a beach reached by that boat, and the afternoon is yours to lose.
